Unsure how to rate service that I never received. I waited this morning for a pick up on my Range Rover (scheduled for 8:00am) to be serviced for an electrical issue - it never arrived. Tried calling the dealership but no answer. I just moved here from Pennsylvania- the Land Rover Dealership in Harrisburg was outstanding...very disappointed in what to expect here.

I am generally pleased with the service - except today; I was surprised to hear how much my service was (compared to what I have paid before for service for the same car) and I was met with the extremely sarcastic "yes - Land Rovers are expensive, sir" comment by their service person. Snarky. Guess they forget they are not the only one s in town.

Anthony was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and felt confident with our decision to build a brand new Range Rover rather than buy a pre-owned. Poor service. They have had my car for the same problem several times and when they do have it they keep it for months. No courtesy vehicles available ever. Poor customer service no one ever calls you back for updates on your vehicle. Jaguar is paying them for absolutely nothing.
