My experience was great! We worked with Chris. His customer service skills and knowledge was top notch. If your looking for a good place to shop for a car raceway Kia is the best. If I could leave more then five starts I would.
Hi Joseph, Were reviewing your recent service experience to understand how we can do better moving forward. Our goal is to care for and satisfy our service customers and wed like the chance to address your concerns. Were confident we can resolve things to your satisfaction. Respectfully, Cory Tangir (610) 279-3020

I purchased my Telluride from Murray Kia... And was really happy with the sales process. So that's the reason for the 3 stars.... But.... Service at RaceWay leaves alot to be desired. The wait area is almost impossible to get any work done. So if you're planning on attending a meeting or knocking out some project while you're waiting for your car, forget it. It's noisy, uncomfortable, and there are no privacy areas to be had. The biggest source of the noise is the constant yammering from the Kia service employees themselves. If you're going to drive your revenue through your service offerings, then the least you could do is provide a decent space for people to get things done while they are waiting. Some luxury manufacturers provide very comfortable wait areas, most mid-tier manufacturers have some type of work area set aside. I've had many different models of cars, and this wait area here is the bottom of the barrel. To add insult to injury, the upselling of service items seems to be starting at the dealership. I went in for an oil change, and I was given a price for that, only to be later told that that did not include a new oil filter. Since when do you do an oil change without putting a new oil filter in? It's near bait and switch. I'm going to start looking to other Kia dealerships for service, I'm hoping I can find one in proximity to my home, I think raceway will be left in the rearview mirror.
