I scheduled my repairs a week in advance and dropped my car off early for my 9:00am appointment. Their shuttle service was nice enough to drive me home. I was told the work would take 2-3 hours. At 1:00, I called to see if the work was finished, but my car had not even gone in the shop yet, because of no technician? What a complete waste of my day-- I should have been told that morning what to expect. The first time I dropped my car off in the evening and left my key in the drop box. I came to pick up my car the next day and my key had never been taken out of the drop box. There will not be a third visit to this location. Very upsetting to have my time wasted.
Thank you for your feedback. It looks like we met your time demands but failed to stay in touch to keep you up to date. I see that you picked up your vehicle today and I wish that we could have had the op[portunity to speak with each other. We acknowledge that we are extremely shorthanded and though our job fair this week we hope fo fix that situation in a timely manner. We had borrowed help from another store this week and clearly we owe you an apology for our poor communication. Please give us a few weeks to complete the process and I would love to have you come back in for a complementary oil change to show off our improved processes. Thank you again for your feedback.

Very poor communication. SUV was towed to the dealership on Tuesday and I was advised that it would take 2-3 days to fix the problem. Called on Thursday to check the status ( Was never told that the part hadn't been delivered yet) of the repair. Was advised that it would be done by Friday. Called on Friday and was advised that it won't be done until the following Monday now!!!! Totally B.S.!!!!! Service manager said that it takes 3-5 days to repair the problem and I advised him that no one advised me of that. So now I have no SUV, all off the rental agencies are sold out and I can't rent a car for the week. The dealership wouldn't/didn't have a loaner for me. Called back to express my disdain for the lack of communication and was then advised that the SUV would be ready by 6pm Friday and not the following Monday. #NEVERAGAIN #LASTTIMEHERE #POORSERVICE
