First off, I'm a pretty forgiving dude. I made an appointment at 5:30pm to see a 2013 Subaru wrx. I called around 3:00pm the day of the appointment to verify that it was still there, and I was informed that it was. I drove an hour through traffic and arrived at the dealership at around 5:00pm to be informed that the car was on it's way to Ft. Walton to be serviced because it had thrown a rod. I understand that the car might have been test driven during the hours after I made my call at 3:00pm and thrown the rod, but a courtesy call would have been nice. Needless to say I'm not doing business here.

We are visiting the area and thought it might be good to get an oil change. When I called and asked for service, literally 5 times they transferred me to an extension that the party is not available, not even a voicemail, and you have to dial to try to get another extension. I had to keep calling back over and over. One of the times, they even transferred me to a number that is not in service. They really need to fix their phone and service personnel problems. Eventually I was transferred to the service manager who advised they don't have an oil change quick service, and only appointments several days out. I'm thankful for dealers at home who actually answer the phone and have quick oil change service.

Its nice that a manager will come out and take the time to make sure that everything is going smoothly. This company is lucky to have you. We received a mailer from this company saying we won $200 so we drove from FWB to claim the money. When we got there the salesman basically said "psych" and gave us a $1 watch instead. Then he tried selling us a vehicle. Since this is the type of deception this dealership participates in I would not recommend anyone go here. Zero integrity.
