The worst experience I have had at a dealership!. Nobody is sure about the price they are selling their cars at! When I called on the phone, Marsella told me they sell cars 2k-4k above MSRP. When I visited the showroom, we worked with Chris as Marsella was busy, he told me they are selling it for 7k above MSRP, but after 2 hours of checking out cars and talking and negotiating, he agrees to 2k above MSRP. Shortly after the manager comes in and says The best we can do is 6k above MSRP and dares to ask me Havent you done your homework on these cars?. Which manager talks like that?! Extremely arrogant and rude people work here. Its better to go to other Kia dealerships in the area that have better behaved personnel and provide better prices!
it was really terrible experience. They show me 2016 car and push me sign it. The price was regular price. But it was 2016 car! It is produced 1 and half years ago. i can not understand why they push me buy the car 6000 dollars expensive than the other Kia dealership. I never understand how the Global Auto has good reviews.
The staff at Global Kia was amazing. We were treated rudely at a nearby automall. Bruno and Vinny went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We look forward to owning our new Telluride for a long long time. If you are in the market for a Kia or a Hyundai. Go to Global.
Went to test drive the Kia K5 Gt-line AWD to see if I was happy with a 1.6 turbo vs the GT 2.5 and was told I wouldnt be able to test drive the car as they want to keep the miles on it low. I could only do so if I was going to purchase the car. Next as previous reviews state they are charging an astronomical amount for adjusted market value. The manager tried reasoning with me about chip shortage and car shortage and advised me to do research. Now having been searching for cars for over 2 months rigorously I know about the upcharge however its as if they pick and choose the rate for each car where most dealers will say ok everything is x amount of dollars over MSRP. The K5 was $6,995 over but then the Sorrento only $3995. None of it makes sense and the entire experience left a bad feeling so my mom and I left and went to Acura. I mean for those inflated prices I may as well go high end and they arent charging adjusted values and overall offer a better sales experience. How can a $30k car go for up to 40k+ with the inflated price, taxes, and documentation fees. Best advice, stay far away from this dealer!
