------BEWARE---- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY----BEWARE Irresponsible, unprofessional and just plain bad work along with rude and arrogant attitudes!!! Let me say firstI am a long time professional business owner and as you can see I write very few reviews but sometimes you just fell the absolute need to stand up out of sheer responsibility. I took my prized "one of a kind" Gemballa Porsche to Jason K , long time owner of Kingpin Car and Marine audio to have some custom dash/gauge work done. He also sold me a new stereo head unit $500 and a radar detector $450 and installed it all Charged me over $500 for the install labor with a total bill of around $1700. Its a bit of money however happy to pay for any good value. I came to pick up my car and there were wires hanging down form my windshield where the detector was. Now im no pro but I have installed many devices into many previous vehicles and I know at least what its supposed to look like. Neat and clean at least with no exposed wires hanging all over the place. Anyway I asked the tech what the heck was going on with those. He said he didnt do the install and so didint know and after confirming the car WAS FINISHED AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO TAKE IT HOME he simply started poking the wires into the headliner after a bit he said it was good so I paid and left. Shortly after leaving they all fell out again. Well I spent about 30 min removing the trim and routing it properly myself. Had this been the only thing I may have just left it at that but when I actually started to use the stereo and listen to the music I immediately noticed it sounded totally off and I mean It sounded BAD!!!. Keep in mind the unit that was in there was old but super high quality and sounded amazing. The car already had very nice speakers, amps, proper wiring, crossovers and all that. And now it sounded horrible... I returned the next day and go to Jason himself for him to listen. I explained the difference between before and after and that I was certain either something had to be installed incorrectly or the head unit itself was malfunctioning. I mean it sounded horrible..tinny, screeching with zero bass and it couldnt be adjusted from left to right or fade it was wrong in every conceivable way. After listening he simply said it sounded right to him and he assured me they did the best with what they had so if anything was wrong it was the speakers and they needed to be upgraded to fix any existing problem. He NEVER even looked at the wiring or ANY part of the installation and just refused to do anything else. Soooo..after having several friends and a couple other pros listen and after they ALL agreed it sounded horribly off I decided I would/could not live with it like that so I took it to another reputable shop and they quickly found out what was wrong. Alll the wiring was incorrectly routed and attached and Jasons people at Kingpin Car & Marine Audio purposely bypassed most of my existing high level and expensive equipment including the crossovers and the amp. Anyway, after a few hours and a lot of repair it sounded fantastic again. This pro said he had seen this before and it seems like it was done purposely just so they could tell me I needed new speakers to "fix" the problem. Im pretty sure that is fraudulent I then contacted Jason, explained what happened and requested a refund for the labor cost of the install and he just laughed, was VERY rude and unprofessional and simply refused to refund me or do ANYTHING else about it so here we are!!!

No one better in Las Vegas to trust your vehicle with! These guys are state of the art, using the most current and technologically advanced methods to make any vehicle a work of art. I am an installer in the industry, and i attend Jasons classes. Consider the fact that other installers from all over the country come to Kingpin to learn how Jason does his installs. And are paying him to better themselves. Why wouldn't you take your car here for your upgrades, when techs from all over the country come here to learn from him? I will be back for more classes. Jason is a great guy! And he will treat you, and your vehicle with respect.
