Worst experience ever! The parts department should be closed down! I have never dealt with worse customer service. I am from California and the parts department in California is cleaner more professional and just all-around better
I walked in wearing a t-shirt and ripped up jeans (on purpose), and I had a great experience purchasing my Maserati (from beginning to end) with very nice knowledgeable staff. Mark in sales was great. Of course Maserati's need some extra care and maintenance, but when mine does I see Charlie in Service and he always takes great care of everything. I definitely recommend this dealership. This female who always walks in with a t-shirt and jeans gives Troy's dealership 5 stars! Oh, and try the real Italian espresso by the Lambo's, yum!
