In reviewing your situation from JULY I noticed many false statements. #1 You had service in July but don't say anything until Dec. 16th. 2nd Brand new crossmembers were installed. AND the bushings. The vehicle wouldn't have went a few blocks without the loud noise As a matter of fact the technician would have heard it when he drove vehicle out of shop so that is false. #3 Your vehicle has 163,397 miles on it but you haven't done regular service. Our adviser told you your airbag has a problem but because it wasn't free you opted not to fix it putting the people in that vehicle in danger but you gave us a bad review. hmmm. #4 Our advisers gave you a 16 pt free checkup and plugged into Wi Adviser. they explained the safety issues of your vehicle but you didn't care if someone was injured driving it. Last but certainly not least, you were screaming, yelling and cursing at our employees and stated that we take advantage of women. We have two female service advisers and they thought that was classless and ignorant. Please take your vehicle elsewhere as we don't deal with rude ignorant classless disrespectful people. Horrible service department. Had my 2013 Jeep patriot in for warranty work on the sub frame. They took the control arms off and ripped the bushings out. Never replaced it. Put everything back together and wore out brand new tires with only 1000 miles on them because of missing parts. Called and was given a run around. No help from Chrysler headquarters. They take the service departments lies over the customers. I wouldnt take a bycicle there to get air put into the tires, I will never by another Chrysler product again. - Brad K, Berwick

We had a bad battery somthin wasn't right they got a new battery which costed 150$ and they put it in and charged us 250$
