Steer very clear, really sharp operators - when asking for the same order as before (2 banners), they deliver just one banner at a much, much higher price. The owner tells me there's been price increases - way more than doubled in price and really does not care. Really poor customer service and short sighted indeed !

I wanted to give higher stars after my first experience but having to get decals redone after a business name change this time round where the print quality is 10/10 but the customer service was 1/10. After explaining what I wanted several times and having 3/4 of my order being spot on the one item is unusable and I need to have redone. There was no offer of alternate solutions even if was an additional cost I'd have paid so it was perfect. But it was a this is what you've paid for this is what you get. Very disappointed.

I placed this order on the 23/4/18, I then spoke to someone last Friday saying that my order would be a maximum of 10 day wait. He then said my order would be with me Wednesday or at the very latest Thursday, and guess what, it never arrived Wednesday or Thursday and it still has not arrived today. Upto now it has been a total of 12 days, we then have the weekend followed by a bank holiday Monday, I can see this being about a 16 or 17 day wait, which is totally unacceptable.
