Do not get misled by this company! SAM registration is free and you can easily do it on your own. No need to shell out hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars for a free government service. Just go to SAM.gov.

I paid this company $1150 to assist in obtaining my SAMS registration three months ago to an agent named Eric Schrandt, who after making the sale and getting me to pay does not respond to emails and is unavailable every time I call. Instead, I'm transferred to voicemail boxes to leave messages that go unreturned or to various agents who insist that I need to pay more money for the registration (note that there has been no change in what I was hoping to accomplish with their assistance from the time that I was initially quoted for the service), and which if I had done this on my own would have cost only $500. Seems to me, USFCR is running a scam to take people's honestly earned money. Their company name sounds official, but I would encourage everyone to use another company because you will only be frustrated by the lack of service and frustrated in the process of trying to get your money back from individuals who are dishonest in their business practices and their ability to deliver on their service agreement. I paid $1150 with no result, no SAMS registration and a refusal to return my money. All I get to do is write this review to hopefully spare others from this terrible experience. If I could could give them zero stars, I would.
