I enjoy driving my Range Rover and think it is a very well made vehicle. However, I dread working with the Land Rover service department. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone to make an appointment, and available slots are months out (this was prior to pandemic as well). I tried to pick up my Range Rover from their service department last week and it was a horrible experience. It should only take about 5-10 minutes to pay your bill, hear what they did to your car, get your key, get in your car and leave. The service manager was "talking story' with a client for the 45 minutes while I was there waiting, and who knows how long before that while another client in front of me was waiting. The other Land Rover service person was apparently 'out due to a personal appointment', so it was just the Service Manager on duty. A staff member from another department came over to assist, but tried to help a client who arrived after the two of us waiting, and made the situation even more of a mess. When I finally left with my car, I I had been there waiting for 1 hour for a transaction that should have taken all of 5 minutes. This miserable experience with this particular service department makes me wonder where else I can go to get my Range Rover serviced, especially after reading previous posts about similar problems.There doesn't seem to be any attention from management to resolve this situation, and I would really hate to give up this car.

Experience with sales rep was good, he seemed to have a lot going on that he got sidetracked often. Regardless, I still bought the vehicle and I am satisfied with it. Here is where it went wrong. After purchasing the vehicle they are completely done with you. No call backs in which I called several times on my plates. 7 weeks later I still don't have my plates and the temporary one is expired. Their solution drive to the dealership (no problem if you live in Honolulu, but I live on North Shore and I have full time job) get new temporary plates just to drive back out there again whenever they decide to do their job and register my car.

We absolutely loved the service that we received when we walked in. We were greeted by Sergio Ambrosino and he made us feel at ease and didn't feel pressured at all. He did such an excellent job of showing us the value of the vehicles in his showroom,that we ended up purchased from him. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining and addressing any concerns that we had.We really appreciated the time that both Sergio and Sean Ortiz took to do all the paperwork for us, since we were the last ones in the building. I will highly recommend him to our family and friends.

I have been meaning to write this review for sometime, but never got around to it until now. I bought a brand new car here in 2015. I liked the atmosphere, it didn't have that pushy salesy feeling you get at other car dealerships (maybe because they didn't think I was there to actually purchase anything). I already knew what I wanted and I came with a loan approval from my bank. The purchase went smoothly and I was overall happy. I did call a couple weeks later and ask how I could add a feature on to the car, was told I would get a call back and never did. My issue is that, I moved states in 2016, and left my warranty in storage. I couldn't remember exactly what I purchased, but I thought it was a service warranty or a cleaning warranty. I remember the finance guy telling me a story about his daughter spilling wine in the car and that's why it was a good idea to get the cleaning warranty. I just couldn't remember if I ended up getting it. My car has beige seats and I would have loved to use this if I had it. In any case, I have called and emailed multiple times over the years to find out this information and have never once received a response. The first time I called, I was transferred multiple times and then finally told someone would call me back. I called back the next day and was told the finance person was on the phone and to call back at a later time. When I called back, he was no longer there. I looked up his email on the website along with a manager's and sent them both an email. No response. I called corporate to ask for help and they said they couldn't see any warranties and I needed to call the dealership. Perfect. Here I am 4 years later and I'm sure any warranty that I may have purchased is long expired. If someone could check on that for me, even if it is expired, at this point I would just love to find out the answer!
