Absolute profiling at this location. We have gone to Shoo Madison several times and always had a great experience. Parking is limited in the Third Ward so I dropped my dad off while I looked for a spot, he is a bigger guy. He was in there for 15 minutes and the owner didn't say a word to him. A few minutes after I walked in Kate, the owner, told me to let her know if I needed any help. I walked up to my dad and he told me she completely ignored him. Needless to say, we left immediately and we shall take our business else where from here on out.
Cheers Chris! Depending on the style and time of year our size availability can vary quite a bit. You must have great taste and style! Thanks for shopping!

Nice store, lots of fun shoes, limited size availability.
Hello Pat, Kat, and to all of my beloved and loyal fans of my Herbert Reviews Series! Today I am here to write about my experience at "shoo". I walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They were so nice! I probably could have even gotten dome if I asked, that's how heckin' nice they are! The first thing that caught my attention was the selection of goods they had. Everything from shoes, clothes, jewelry for my shawties, and much more. The second thing that caught my attention were Pat and Kate, the owners of this establishment. They told me about their story, and we sat and talked in the store for hours. We found out that we had very similar stories! We were both raised in musically inclined families of seven, and we both always had an appreciation for the arts, especially fashion. My parents also formed a band when my siblings and I were young, and we also all performed on stage together many times! I found these similarities in our stories astounding, but unfortunately, the similarities in our stories stop around our respective teenage years. When I was 16, my mother overdosed on fentanyl. When I was 18, my dad was in a horse-riding accident. While he is still alive, he is in a vegetative state, and will likely never recover. When I was 19 and a half, my sister got malaria while overseas doing charity work in South Sudan. She was deep in the jungle, and unfortunately died before she could return home. Now my only family left is my brother named Fabrizio, who was down syndrome. I love him, but taking care of him by myself can be a struggle sometimes. It is a lot of work, and it limits my life. The day I talked to Pat and Kate in shoo, I forgot about my problems for those few hours. This meant everything to me, to just have a few hours of peace in my otherwise chaotic and turbulent life. Thank you Pat and Kate, I will never forget what you did for me.
Thank You K.Boycks! You picked out a sweet Haute Shore bag no doubt! It was a pleasure getting it to you quickly so you could enjoy! Looking forward to the next one!!

Love my new bag from Shoo! Ordered it online and received it at my door 2 days later! Great quality and service - will definitely order from them again!
The owner is rude and snooty. I thought, perhaps, she was having a bad day the first time I went in so I decided to go back. Nope, just rude and snobbish. I highly recommend you order online directly from the brand instead of ordering from Shoo. Save yourself from the unpleasantries.
