Shane Boyer was great to work with however, we were a little disappointed to learn the day our new vehicle came in, the price went up $2K from the time we placed the order just a month prior. Surprised Jim Butler wouldn't honor the original price we were told. Also disappointed that Jim Butler wouldn't honor the GM Friends & Family discount. Other surrounding dealerships told us they would honor it but they didn't have what we were looking for, otherwise we would've went somewhere else.
Everyone was super friendly. Communication was absolutely on point. No hassle buying experience and very knowledgeable sales and finance manager. The best. Go see Adam Monroe and Heath Connell for the best truck buying experience ever!
Had brand new mud flaps put on my Jeep and they didnt even wash the areas before installing them. Just placed them over the mud. Customer service 101. They did however give me gift certificate for free oil change and tire rotation
