Dreadful service We brought our car for a recall -when we picked it up it had numerous alerts on the dashboard which want there prior When I asked the engineer how this could be he was visibly shaking and couldnt really tell me Its actually pushed me into selling the car and moving away from jeep (to polestar ) and wouldnt advise anyone to use this company

Whilst the service & MOT was faultless The courtesy car was absolutely filthy , I had to clean the cockpit as the steering wheel , screen & foot wells. I drive home & then the fuel light appeared not great on a Friday when the tunnel and surrounding areas get clogged up plus the added lunacy of people fuel panic buying so queues were long & blocking roads , this caused immense stress & pressure to be able to get back to the dealer without running out. During the health check they found a nail in the tyre which was sorted however they didnt even clean up the wheel after fitting the new tyre, plus they didnt reset the tyre pressure settings either. Not overly happy.

So easy picked up a loan car and was on my way in a matter of mins. Assistant was extremely pleasant and experienced. I could have collected my car the same day but the loan car only cost 10 so I returned it the next morning on the way to work as there are no waiting. Thank you Anchaster!

The parts department is the most unprofessional Ive ever dealt with and the staff behave like they dont want to be there. I felt like I was begging for the parts and not a paying customer. Ancaster do better, Ill never use you ever again.
