Its disappointing when a small business feels theyve become so successful and begin taking loyal clients for granted. Though Nick provides a good cut, his lack of respect for clients time and non existent communication does not make for a high end experience, despite the premium price. Over promising with no delivery is common rookie mistake.

If youre looking for a go to barbershop, go to Modern Classics. Needed a last second cut and was told they didnt do walk-ins, before I left the parking lot Matt walked out and went out of his way to fit me in his schedule. Ive been to 3 or 4 different barbershops in CLT and this is hands down the best. The barbers here actually care about and love what they do. Go see MATT!

Not sure why that would warrant a 1 star review. Website does have a section to schedule appointments and also does not indicate that we are always available to take walk ins.

I'm out of town and after driving on a heavy traffic from the airport was told that you needed to make an appointment. Website does not indicate otherwise. :-(
