I had to have insurance in place before they would bring a car off of a closed lot. I was approved by capitol one for a bmw and wasted so much time in traffic for them to tell me I needed a co-signer. I was approved for a Beamer @Carmax that cost more than the one I wanted from them and dont have to take anything but a lower down payment and my License. They could have had a valuable customer but they want to override the company thats financing for unnecessary bull. Thanks for sending me somewhere else. Keyon did his job though. Yall be great!!
i would stay away at all cost from jim ellis, they had a car listed for around 34k when i asked how much ot would be they told me 51,999. not to mention the horror stories from the time I bought a car from them and all the times that it broke down.

Terrible customer service. They Literally keep your car for weeks. They never answer the phone. When they finally do answer.... To get a appointment for service be usually 3 weeks out. They always out of loaner cars but yet have your car for ever. I took my Maserati truck in on April 2, 2021 and was told on April 5 I will have my results for the diagnostic and by Wednesday April 7, hopefully the service will be complete if I want to get the car service there. After calling and texting my advisor after it had been a week with no call I didn't get a reply. On April 14, I received a call from a new advisor stating that my advisor Richard no longer work for the company. He stated this was within the last 48 hours. I told him my car been there for almost two weeks and you mean to tell me the diagnostic has not been completed yet. He stated he will try to have my results by Friday, April 16. No one called on Friday. Its now Monday, April 19 and I am calling the office but as I stated NO ONE NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES.!!! This just this time. Mind you now, I just received service back in March. After picking up my car a week later the engine light came on. And it took me two weeks to get an appt because no one never answer and they barely return calls. If anyone know other companies that have a Maserati Service center please inform me.
