Worst company ever! Brief history: Acaida 10' warranty replacement for Rosen navigation unit. Why was the company chosen? Rosen said it was the only authorized dealer in Memphis. I show up 20 minutes before appointment which they couldn't wait to start on my replacement. I notice that most of their equipment they sell looks either low brand generic or so old it has collected a very distinguished amount of dust on it(Nobody cleans anything in this store).(I can't help but notice that they are still using a ribbon printer and are complaining that it doesn't print properly.) The employee(I believe he was the manager/co-owner) didn't seem to know what my appointment was or really what was going on. They are really confused why I am getting the job done there because they don't sell Rosen and told me they disliked the company. The manager tells me that they can't figure out how to set up the GPS and have to call Rosen. Not 10 minutes after, they pull it around and hand me the keys. Not 10 minutes down the road, the unit is rattling almost constantly. I try calling them back but the lady tells me I would have to set up an appointment because they are busy. I tell her this is unacceptable and to either give me a refund or work on it after lunch. The manager comes out and wants to test drive the vehicle. He acknowledges the rattling but tells me its my car's fault and not his because my car is old. An Acadia 2010 is old? Considering that the old unit is the exact same and didn't rattle, I tell him that is not acceptable which he tells me he would re-install it. 15 minutes later he tells me he is done and that the rattling is just cause. 98$ for replacement job and they can't even install it right not to mention bash a company that considers them an "Authorized Dealer". Don't waste your time, money, or breathe on them.

I had a bed liner fit for my truck a few weeks ago and noticed that the tailgate liner didnt fit snug with the tailgate itself. Whatever I load into the truck will catch on the lip of the liner when unloading making it basically useless. I came back to have it checked out and was told that is how the certain brand that they are using fits and unfortunately there wasnt anything else that could be done unless I wanted to have the tailgate drilled into, which still wouldnt improve the situation much. These guys at Southern Automotive are very nice, but if this is the quality of parts and accessories being ordered by them, I unfortunately doubt I will return.
