Worst experience ever. Left my car on Friday working fine just needed to have them check the etc sign that was displayed. After five days in the shop and no answer from them. Came to pick up my car on Wednesday to my surprise nothing electronic on dashboard was working. The manager insisted that they did not touch it and never even offered to help find solution. What he did tell us was to leave the premises. Never take your car there they are thief and unprofessional. By the way they tell you that they have been in business for 55 years well guess what that is a huge lie. I just spoke to the original owner of Galceran (7300 sw 8th st) and he has nothing to do with galceran electric. In other words they are thiefs and scammers. They are using a reputable company established over 55 years like if it there own.

If you take your car here. Get a second opinion. I took my truck because I was having issues with my night lights and he said I needed to change my Fuse box and repare electrical shot. Estimate $980 + $130 for the diagnostic. I took it to another electrician he said my truck only had a bad connection/ circuit. He charged me total $290. So the diagnostic was wrong $130 for nothing and wanting the change parts that weren't needed. Maybe he was just trying to take advantage because I'm a woman.
