I attempted to call this dealer to buy a car. I wanted to buy it today, a down payment of 1/3 the car price. When I asked what the best price was the "internet sales" guy started to tell me that they are in business and have to make a profit. Then told me he could sell it for the sticker price plus tax, license, dealer add accessories, and warranty. When I asked to speak to the sales manager they had Jim tell me that they have a 20 people willing to buy every car on their lot. So thanks for the help and encouraging me to buy from you or a Jeep in general. I will not be buying from you, and will be telling people to avoid your dealership. **Your dealership has my number, and could have reached out. I also tried to get into contact with a Customer Service department there and was told it doesn't exist. I got an email from the General Manager, listing the general number for the dealership. So over all not super helpful.
An untrustworthy dealership + poor customer experience. I bought a used Mazda CX-7 with 50K miles from Courtesy. I took a test drive with Greg, a Courtesy salesman. After the test drive, we inspected the car, noticing a liquid dripping from the car. -The car was a new arrival to the dealership. -Greg told us the car hadnt yet been inspected. -Greg assured us it would be checked out and it was likely just the AC. We returned the next day with news from Greg that the inspection was perfect. So, I purchased the vehicle. Upon completing the purchase of the car, I received the keys and pulled out of the dealership, a few miles down the road to notice the gas tank was on empty. A few weeks later, I noticed a similar leak to the one experienced at the dealership. After an initial inspection by my trusted local mechanic, he concluded the leak was the engine oil leaking into the timing belt. He noted that it would be impossible to miss or mistake during a thorough vehicle inspection done by a dealership. When I called Courtesy to communicate my findings, they told me thats the risk of buying a used car and they wouldnt fix or pay for it. The leak cost me $600 to repair! I am very disappointed with Courtesy. I was ecstatic to find a car matching my criteria but now I feel extremely misled and taken advantage of. At first, Courtesy seemed like they were different from dealership stereotypes, but in fact, they may even be worse. I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from Courtesy based on their lack of honesty and customer service. Even if the vehicle is fine and in good condition, can you really trust what they are telling you? ATTN: Courtesy Owner Mr. Scott Gruwell I would love for this experience to be reconciled and update this review to proudly state that you took care of the customer who was let down by your dealership.

As the last in my family to buy a Jeep I was told by all that Coastline is the place to get everything done, no matter how big or small. More than that, my family has an amazing history with Sarah, and they told me she always goes above & beyond. After buying a 2018 Jeep Compass used I had to take it to Coastline because my radio head unit started having some issues. Sarah was amazing at double checking my extended warranty & making sure it only cost me a fraction of what it would without a warranty. After install when I picked up my Jeep I noticed some weird aspects of my radio, like how it showed a Fiat logo upon start up, how my Sirius XM radio was no longer activated, and even that my backup camera wasn't showing up in reverse. I was down the block & upon returning with the car Sarah noticed right away that none of the problems made any sense & told me she would get to the bottom of the weird issues. She was super helpful & got me a loner car for the day since my ride had already dropped me off & left. a day & a half later she gave me a call saying that the radio just needed to be reprogrammed to Jeep specifics instead of Fiat, and that all the bugs were fixed. Without Coastline & without Sarah I could have easily had my new (to me) car in the shop for several weeks & spent way more then needed to fix such small issues. Coastline as a whole, and Sarah especially, aways go above & beyond to help with whatever my family needs no matter the size. We are so very thankful for everything they do!
