Worst experience ever, manager yelled at us and he refused to give us a paper copy of the offer and yelled at us as we walked out the door. Couldnt even explain the fees. Incompetent and dishonest, rude and ill prepared. Waste of time
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Be careful buying a used car from this dealership!! Bought a "certified" (LIMITED WARRANTEE) used car, and to make a long story short, the car was overheating 20 mins after I signed the purchase contract. I lived 120 miles away and during the drive the car would not go faster than 25 miles per hour and I almost got hit on the freeway (with my son as a passenger). I took the car to a certified mechanic and he said that I should have never been sold the car with a bad water pump and thermostat, that it could damage the engine. The estimate was $1000, when I contacted the dealership for the problem, they wanted me to tow the car to their location (and have me pay for the tow) to have it serviced by them. After reading their service center reviews, I decided to have the repair done by this certified mechanic instead. Now they won't pay the amount for the repair and keep pointing out that the warrantee is not valid if I take it somewhere else...to make this story short, they are not honorable and have poor customer relations. Sales dept. is great (because they are good at taking the money), but if you have a problem...customer service is severely lacking!!
Im impressed with Subaru of Glendale. They worked hard to get me the correct make, model, package, and color I wanted. They gave me a price I was comfortable with. I couldnt be happier. Sebastián did a great job.

This place shouldnt be in business. I bought a used car from them. They showed me the carfax and told me the car has no accident or paint work. We did the deal at the end of the day and I didnt have my check book with me. The printed all the paperwork but wouldnt let me sign it even though I had left a $2500 deposit on my credit card.. later after I took the car home and looked at the paper work I noticed they had changed some numbers on it. The total was the same but things have been moved around. The front bumper was loose and if I moved it with my hand It was easily noticeable. I brought it to their attention but rather than some how fixing it the manager rushed in and told me with anger that it is what it is and leave it or take it. I was shocked. This was when I was in the finance office to finalize the deal. A few days later I took the car to my mechanic which after inspecting it he said its a nice car but 4 panels have been painted. Not much I could do. I enjoyed driving that car but it was the worst car buying experience Ive had so far. Dont go there by yourself to buy a car. Definitely take some one who if not a mechanic knows a lot about cars. I never stepped in that dealership again Good luck car shopping
