Do not use this company. They will send inexperienced drivers with bad equipment, lie to you about time frame and issues, and then when they are at fault, let you know that they are keeping your deposit. Rocky, the "Senior Logistics Manager" is nothing more than con man who tells you what you want to hear until he gets your money, then the story changes and the fault always lies with someone else. Complete crook. Run as fast as you can to an independent carrier and avoid this "broker". Wished I had never called them.

Stay away. Horrible horrible company. Rude, never picked up car they said they picked up. Gave run around and doesnt pickup the phone. DO NOT USE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. YOU WILL BE DIAPPOINTED. !!! BEWARE

I called WWTI after getting a recommendation from a friend. Jonah explained how the process works, what I could expect. Asked me all the pertinent questions, gave me a price and said he could have the car picked up by Friday at the latest, maybe earlier. I was skeptical at first do to a bad experience with another company. I hesitated a bit but called him back within an hour and got the order placed. Got a call on Thursday morning that the car would be picked up that day in Texas and estimated delivery to Northern California within 4-5 days. Previous car owner sent ,ame a pic of my 64 chevelle loaded on trailer that night. On Wednesday of the following week the hauler notified me that the car hauler had mechanical problems and was in LA for repairs. I sent Jonah an FYI text on Thursday and about 3 hours later got a call that hauler would be on the road at 5 am and I could expect delivery by noon Friday in Grass Valley. Car was delivered at 9:30am which is a remarkable time from Los Angeles. Even with the truck breakdown considered I was very happy with the experience, communication, timeline and courtesy of WWTI and their haulers. I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to my friends! Thanks a bunch and excited to start on my new project!

I don't even know how to start !! Most dishonest people I have ever had a contact with !!! They will lie to you in every step during the process , I want to encourage potential shippers/customers do not use this company EVER !!! They will charge you right away the portion of the fee and than they would never pick up the phone or they will tell you that will call you back but they never do!! Please stay away from this SCAM company!!!!
