We had to say good bye to our sweet Duke. And in midst of our heartbreak we are so grateful that we found Cloud 9. The vet came to our house and step by step she walked us though the heartbreaking decision and yet the necessary obligation to stop the pain our Duke was experiencing. She was so kind and sweet and she called us a few days later to check on our family. Thank you

cloud9 provided a caring & compassionate service from start to finish. We were faced with the sad decision of having our beloved dog Merlin put to sleep & it was made a lot easier being able to do this at home. Zoi was so lovely, she made us feel so relaxed & at ease. She talked us through the process & answered any of our questions. She was so gentle & kind throughout the whole time with us. I could not recommend this service anymore for anyone who is faced with a similar difficult & heartbreaking decision of saying goodbye to their beloved furry friend.

Making the decision to put Sammy to sleep took us more than a week. We went through every scenario, but at the end there was no other choice. He was living in a lot of pain and his quality of life had deteriorated. We would like to thank Cloud 9 for being there for us when we made the final decision. They made the whole procedure quick and painless for Sammy. Thank you.
