Dropped a van off for "check engine light" at 2k miles... took the 6 days to diagnose because i didn't have an appointment.... diagnose: "squirrel damaged a sensor" .... $600 down on a brand new Dodge van. At 8k miles "check engine" light is on again... tried to make an appointment and earliest day available is 3 weeks from now. Not sure whats worse... this Dodge Caravan or the stealership. Toyota and Honda have express service... 45 minutes same day service! Update... Fast forward to April 2020, took a different 2016 Dodge Caravan in for a check engine light again (i'm a fleet manager) and again.. "rodent damage to wiring".... unbelievable! Another $600! I guess rodents love Dodge Caravans.

Bad overall service and poor communication with me the customer. The initial consultation was great, and the folks at the shop assisted and answered questions. The end results was a challenge the vehicle was held longer then expected and turned in dirty. I don't think I will return

We were ready to take a break from car shopping after visiting several local dealerships when we saw a Wrangler 4xe with all the options we wanted at Darcars. The car was actually on the Silver Spring lot but the Rockville location was much closer and I decided to at least stop by and check their inventory. I'm very glad I did! Javier (who had initially answered my online inquiry the day before) was absolutely top-notch. It was by the far the most relaxed, straight-forward, enjoyable car shopping experience I've had. He listened carefully and patiently went through their entire inventory (which was extensive with a truckload of 4xe's that had just arrived). We went to several dealerships before this one and he was the only salesperson who actually knew the answers to all our questions on the 4xe (he had owned one!) and had so much helpful feedback/suggestions. We determined that we were most interested in the 4xe in Silver Spring. He offered to compare it to ordering a 2023 while also appraising my trade-in. He worked with their sales manager, Layla (who was lovely--a total pro!) and within minutes they presented both scenarios. We came to a really good deal--very fair and transparent and we decided to move forward with the 2022 4xe. The current trade-in market was a big reason we were considering a new car right now and they were totally spot-on with their final offer on it. I was able to head home and we did the credit app and set up the financing over the phone. They found us a really competitive rate for the loan. Javier had the car driven over from the Silver Spring lot and offered to deliver it to our house, but we were happy to come back and complete the paperwork at the dealership later in the day. Ali, the Finance Manager had everything ready and organized (very manageable with two very excited kids in tow) and we were able to drive home in our awesome new 4xe! We genuinely hadn't expected to find and purchase the car yesterday but were thrilled that it all worked out so smoothly. Big thanks to Javier, Layla and Ali for an excellent experience--highly recommend this dealership!

As a tow truck driver ,dropping a car/truck off in their small overfilled lot is not very helpful
