I went in to see if I could get my car door handle fixed. The guy told me that he will email all the information I needed and cost and never did! Still to this day my car handle is still broke and no one has contacted me yet

I took my Honda Accord in with minor rear quarter panel damage. They took a week longer than promised. When I went to pick up the car they did not even wash it. I asked that it be washed before I inspected the car. During inspection I pointed out they forgot to paint part of the car. They apologized, took the car back for another week. After picking it up and inspecting again, I discovered they didn't tape the car off. There was paint all in the interior of the car. They apologized, cleaned it car inside and out. Returning for the 3rd time the car looked ok. The paint still didn't match, the interior still had paint on it, and now my leather seats are ripped. I asked for the manager and he said this was normal and the seats were ripped before I brought the car in.
