Service department is the horrible I called to see if I could be placed on a waiting list for an oil change, the receptionist informed me the my didnt take appointments. Its first come first serve! But its funny because online they give you the option to make one and then when o called again an employee by the name of Jose said to ask for him and he would do it. My husband showed up today after taking time off work to have the oil change done for them to tell him they werent going to do it! Im furious at this point by the level of unprofessionalism of not only the mechanics, receptionist..

As soon as we got out of our old car Tony was there with all smiles. He was a big help and it was easy talking to him we were all laughing and joking around. Now there was a bit of bad credit on our side as the old car was a leamon. But Tony and the people here were able to help us into a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee. They really went out of their way to help and it showed. Thank you guys look forward to comming here again for the next car.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I took my car here to have the heater core replaced, I was told it would take up to three days to fix, which is understandable. They had my car for two weeks and was terrible with communication. Now that I finally have my car back, other operations in my car that have nothing to do with the heater core are not working and the manager Zach refuses to call me back. To make matters worse, there is no other number I can contact other than their main service department number, so even if I wanted to file a complaint, I have no way to do so. Needless to say I will NEVER take my car back here again!! If I could leave ZERO stars I definitely would.
