After 18 days driving a rental my insurance company had to pay for, I took my Range Rover back with zero work preformed on it. My truck was there for an insurance claim and my insurance company found the dealership incapable of even getting an estimate to them. I could not believe that the truck was just sitting in the back lot for that long, and when i physically looked at the truck nothing had been done. This happened to me in the past with this service dept and I should have learned my lesson then. Lesson learned.

If I could give a negative one I would. I have to say the worst sales people ever. Im out of State and wanted to buy a car there and for weeks I kept getting the run around. We where ready to buy sent the app in sent pictures of my Mercedes I was trading in. No call back no follow up. Left nesssges for sales manager Joseph Kiney and no call back. This was after the first contact with the first sales rep Chris Anders never followed up either. Usually car salesman are practically pounding at your door for a sale but these knuckleheads couldnt care less. Im glad to say that Ill spend my money elsewhere if this is the kind of customer service they are offering. **buyer beware of this dealership! The owner should hire a new sales staff!

If you need specific type and feature range rover(e.g. 3rd row 7 seater or special color) and u r just visiting then from away then first call them and check their inventory. Staff are nice and cooperative.
