Needed two car audio related parts. The call was pleasant. When i showed up shop was dead. Took 20minutes from start to finish to be overcharged for two small parts that the total normally wouldn't be more than ten dollars but in the end it was 3x the amount. It's a typical specialty car audio shop. Service is better if getting an install done but who knows as my prior visits the price was always exaggerated and I ended up doing what I'd want a "professional" to do myself. No one seemed like they were happy to be there. Plus side is they do have a lot of high end equipment in stock and if your in a rush it's most likely in stock . . . for a higher than usual price. 3 stars because of having what I needed but at a "off the top of head" price.

Dear Mr Soda, When you came in on October 29 without an appointment (which we recommend scheduling due to COVID 19 restrictions and density issues) we did our best to accommodate you as a sign of good customer service, we checked the issue you were having and the problem was that there was no sound coming out of your right hand speaker, which we did NOT install. At that time we also observed that the RCA cable on the recently installed amplifier had been pulled out of the amplifier, and we went ahead and reconnected it, and confirmed that everything was working properly. I reiterate we installed the amplifier, under the driver side seat - the installation never required us to do anything to your door (And definitely not anything to the passenger side door as we didnt even work on that side of the car) if you had a previous issue with it we had nothing to do with it . We didnt cause the hook on the handle to loosen as we did not access or manipulate that door during the installation or anytime after. Im sorry that you incurred an expense fixing a problem that was not caused by us. Everything we installed works properly and is under warranty. Hi,to the Owner i'm disappoint too because after you have installed the amplifier i had to return because the right side didn't work and you right away cheched the problem this was thursday october 29 you said i'm busy right now you give me appointment tuesday november 3 at 9 o'clock somebody go and start to work he was very fast after 30 minutes he said here go the car it's ready that's is the story.I went to pick up my wife when we arraived home she said i can not open the door then i brought the car to the body shop which cost me 50$ because the hook on the handle was loose.My complain is all abaut this i do not make any complain for anyting else bay the way right side din't work and fader din't work this was the reason abaut my complain.i'm sorry to bore you
