People were friendly but wrong part was ordered...then took OVER a week to get the refund and had to make SEVERAL calls to actually get the money back! Wouldnt use them again. Took up way too much of my time chasing the money down and getting the right part!

We sell thousands of quality parts weekly to more than satisfied customers, (see our other Google Reviews). We are always willing to be more than reasonable when a customer has a concern or an issue. This customer came here to pick up a part and was making a big issue over some very light scratches in the bumper that could have easily been compounded out. Against our better judgement, we were willing to adjust the price $295 for the these very minor imperfections in the part. The customer wanted us to adjust the part price more than $900 off and we were not willing to do that. There was no yelling at all, just a refusal on our part to make an unreasonable adjustment on a used auto part.

Owner Danny is very rude. I drove 3 hours to pick up a part and it wasnt as described. I asked for a discount to reflect that and he started yelling in my face with no mask on. (During COVID) which is against the law. They also told me they would take a check over the phone and said cash only when I got there. Greg was understanding and reasonable but the owner is very rude so I would avoid this place by all means.

Good salvage yard, quality parts, but my only complaint is that you are not allowed in the yard to look at the vehicles. I'm the kind of guy that likes to look at a vehicle to see what else I might be able to use other than the parts I came there for.
