Very bad customer service, they dont know anything about Honda cars, and their employees have really bad attitude, I took my 2014 Honda to have them checked out and they they tried to take good parts out of my car without my knowledge and thats why they asked me to sit outside and they took my car inside soon as they opened up hood I stopped them because there mechanic tried to get into my cars engine. People be ware of this place before you take your car.

I have taken my car to this repair shop, since my co-worker suggested me. I thought I should give them a try since they are cheaper than the people I used to take. They told me they will look at my car today and call me. I took my car in at 8:15am and they had the whole day to just check under my car where I had my fuel leaking. I waited for the call but they did not call so I called them at 4pm to check if my car was ok. They told me that they have not looked under my car yet and will look at it right now and give me a call about it. They did not. I need my car so went there to get my car at 6pm but they made me wait until 6:30pm. I thought some one will help me but no one did and an old man was talking with another customer. It seemed like they were just chatting. I did not like that service. He man told me he will fix it first thing tomorrow morning, But I could not trust them anymore so I took my car back. I live in the sub burbs and I need a car to move around. They could at least call and told me earlier so that I could go rent a car or something. I don't think you can call this place good service When they don't follow what they promise. When you tell a person you will call that is a promise to a customer and need to keep the promise or you will loose your trust. Trust is hard to build but it is so easy to break.

I dropped off my BMW X5 to do the necessary repairs. They kept it for 4 days. When I came to pick it up (fixed or not!) I noticed that the odometer read 208 miles more than when I left it there. (I took a picture of the odometer right when I dropped off the car). I had to wait 1.5 to get it back. I also pulled up my IPass account report. Another disappointment...my car was used in all the far places, sometimes after 9:00 PM. The shop is only opened till 6:00PM. They also had a nerve to charge me for additional gas because the full tank of $70.00 that I pumped before leaving the car with them wasn't enough. I have all the hard evidence that my car was used for a joy ride or turned into a temporary loaner for 4 days. I don't like that the car mechanic was beating privately on my car. They think they can get away with it because I am woman. Unfortunately my next complaint is to the State Attorney General for customer fraud, police and BBB.
