Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. 9 months ago I purchased a vehicle and the dealership registered the wrong license plate number to it. For months I have been receiving speeding tickets, toll booth violations, and unpaid EZ pass bills. They took care of a few of them, but I have had to pay money out of my own pocket to fix some of these violations- for tickets that were not even me! The last time my husband spoke to them on the phone they said the NJ EZ pass bill was paid. Now I have received a letter from a collection agency for unpaid tolls. I have never been so furious in my life. The manager at Brown Daub says they cant help me and I have to fix the issue. When I spoke to the collection agency (to dispute this collection so it doesnt hurt my credit) they said that was not true. They said dealerships write the letters all the time. Never go to this dealership, you will regret it.
Absolutely horrid customer service. Recently received my sellers licence in PA and noticed on the Brown Daub Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Bath website that "dealer discount" offers were available. Before I was even able to make a determination to call, the dealership's "Internet Manager" chimes in on a chat program. Please note, the entire tone of the conversation went from mediocre to bad once I mentioned I was a licensed seller. After the brief and cordial chat she comes to a decision that she doesn't want to make money today and blocks me for the chat. No rhyme or reason, just blocked. If customer service is something you seek before you shell out your hard earned money, look elsewhere as this place offered far from it.
