Just bought my first and last car from this unprofessional and highly unorganized dealership. There were so many issues but the major issue was my sales rep Jason Gorman who continuously ignored my calls and emails when I requested my 10K security deposit back. I was told the deposit was to hold the vehicle however after I took possession of the car I had to ask for the security deposit back several times. Ultimately I put in a reverse charge on my CC and got corporate involved. That's when Jason called me irate and sent this text message attached. It's possible that part of his scam is keeping customers security deposits in addition to him bragging about charging everyone 15-30K over MSRP. Scam artist.
