To clarify, you were here at 8:30, after 3 other alignments were dropped off before your truck. We do not actually offer "waiting" appointments, we inform you that we can try to get you in first but it is first come first serve. I understand that trucks have a very tight schedule to keep, and we try to do our best to get everyone in and out, but sometimes it is not possible to do that. We have a very good track record and if we ruined your morning and schedule, we do apologize. There was also torrential downpours at that time, and every street around us was flooded, making it almost impossible at the time to properly road test vehicles to properly perform our alignments. Again, sorry for the inconvenience, if you give us another chance when you have a more flexible schedule, we can show you how our reputation precedes us.

These guys were not only experienced, they put the ball in your court ,when it came to the repair, and let you know everything that was wrong with your car, that way it's your decision whether or not to get it fixed, It is your fault that if in 3 days later ,when something happens you you didn't addressed those repairs...
Needed no appointment. Came in for an alignment. Front desk receptionist was helpful and nice. I have seen other shops work differently when aligning my vehicle. I was confused on the fact that they took my car out from the shop for a couple of test drive to see if the car was running fine. After about an hour wait I got my car back and they charged me $70. They said nothing else. I since then sold the car I took to get an alignment but I honestly was not convinced on the work they performed.
