Stick to talking to cars. Very rude and not customer friendly. Guy was NOT helpful and a smart a** when we asked about auto start kit and installation. The owner is also very rude and acts like he doesn't want to be bothered.

Hey Guy, Andy here. The quote we gave you was for a touch screen pioneer radio, full dash bezel replacement (this part alone is $220 and i is required for a touch screen to fit in your vehicle), and custom labor for sub dash modifications needed to make a touch screen fit in your vehicle. The quote also included the part and labor to retain your OEM steering wheel controls, as well as adding an aftermarket back up camera. This was what you requested a quote for, a bit more complicated than you implied here. Our prices are the same across the board regardless of the age of vehicle or the customers life circumstances. We apologize if the pricing upset you, but we do not appreciate the implication that we discriminated against you based on a disability. My wife suffers from a disability and drives a modified handicap vehicle as well. We hope Best Buy can help you out for the amount you claimed, but we believe you will come to find it is simply impossible to achieve such an install at that price. Best of luck!

Andy quoted me $1,360 to install a basic bluetooth stereo and backup camera into a handicap van, not including the cost of the unit. Best Buy quoted $230 for the same service. Definitely taking advantage of their potential customers, especially the handicapped. They might do a good job at high-end installations, but price gouging is unethical. Shame on you, my wife has a terminal illness and you saw a chance to turn a tidy profit. Awful.

They installed a Panasonic Stereo, Back up camera, rear bumper proximity sensors, before they started my dash panel was not secure and rattled a bit. When the tech finished it was better than new. Later got a VIPER remote start and security system installed again a superb job. I'll never go anywhere else.

I thought I needed an auxiliary port in my 2006 Nissan Murano that I had just purchased. Since I paid cash for the car, I figured I would put what I needed in to listen to my music on my phone. Andrew, who is very knowledgeable told me that I could have Bluetooth installed. I didn't even know that was possible. Well I couldn't be happier. My vehicle already had a display screen, the Bluetooth product works like it was factory installed. Andrew took the time to show me how to work it and got me all paired up. They know what they are doing and it was installed in 2 hrs as they promised, same day service. Your baby will be in good hands with them.

Horrible Installation job, Took back due to ground fault on wiring . they pushed issue out until they claimed warranty was out. Ground fault on camera wiring burned up one Vue system and was about to burn out another. This is not a professional place. Couldn't imagine anyone getting a sound system installed here.
