Review is based on service department only I'm in town visiting family and unfortunately my check engine light came on. I have a newer vehicle and it is still under warranty so I tried multiple times to call and make an appointment at this location to get it checked out. Each time the phone would ring twice and disconnect. Because of this I scheduled an appointment online. Fast forward to today when I arrived for my appointment. I was rudely told they don't honor services scheduled online and even if they did I would need a confirmation. After showing them my many email and text message confirmations, the employee shrugged and again told me they couldn't help. No apology or offer of a different appointment was offered. No attempt to help. I had to ask if they had an opening for another appointment and even that question was met with a shrug. The lack of customer service from this service department was appalling. I'm currently at a different location being assisted by some great people. I'll definitely not be back to Cupp Chevrolet.
