Great experience buying my Mazda, but my first time dealing with the service department was anything but. Brought my 3 in for a recall and figured I'd have my oil changed and tires rotated while I was there. While they were working on my car I was told that my rear brake pads were due for replacement and was given a quote of $310. I've done brake pads myself on my Subaru and with a quote that high I decided to do the same on my 3. I'd rather pay $40 for pads and do the work myself. Fast forward a couple weeks to when I have car jacked up and the rear tires removed. low and behold the rear brake pads were only slightly worn compared to the brand new pads I bought. I thought, maybe they made a mistake and it was the fronts that needed new pads. No front pads were in great shape too. So $310 for new pads that I didn't even need. Great scam I suppose. Will never bring my car in for service again!

I had services on my Mazda cx7 2011 and they told me everything is good except i had to change drive belt after they changed that my brake sensor went on after 2 days some noise in my back tire so I would say if you have someone else go there don't waist your time

Julian Gangemi, internet sales manager, rocked our sale from start to not even finished yet. We needed a shuttle for the ferry to pick up our new-to-us CX9. He arranged for a wonderful shuttle driver Ishmael who has worked at the dealership for 10 years and loves his new car receipt/preparation/detail job there. Julian went over all operational details prior to our test drive and again at pickup. He called today after a few days of driving our new SUV to make sure we are happy with our car and see if we have any questions on it. Truly this dealership cares about its long term staff as much as its client customers. Highly recommend them for car sales, even though I am not in CT!!! I was lucky to get the best team for my car.

It took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. I was quoted $59.99 for the oil change and was quite surprised to be charged an additional $20.00 for the oil! The complimentary car wash was dismal. Looked like someone just hosed down the exterior.
