Called and the phone rang 10 times. Called back and the phone rang 12 times. No answering machine. Guess I will not be able to find out the good service they provide. I will have to stick with on of the commercial chains I guess. So much for helping the little guys. Oh well. If customers cannot reach you, then you have no business

Now I'm a believer. I always worry about getting my car fixed and not getting ripped off. I sent a photo of a 18 inch dent on the rear door of my SUV and Jeff called me back that day. We discussed the damage and he have me an estimate for the work. Two days later he came and did the repair in less than 2 hours. My SUV looked like new. I felt the price was really fair and the service was great. Thanks.
