If youre mad about your trade value, we did give you the same value as another competing store. If youre angry that we sold it that same day and made money on it, well we are a business, thats what we do.

Our experience was wonderful! We stopped at a different dealer earlier in the day that had almost the exact vehicle that we ended up purchasing from Miller, but the sales associate was rude, so we left. Charlie was wonderful - he went over everything in the vehicle, got to know us, had great conversation and make the buying experience great. Andy sounded like he was helpful at first and quickly turned the opposite. Turned out it he must not have wanted the sale. Understand selling vehicles are hard right now but didnt attempt to try and find something else even. But I think that was due to him not even knowing what was coming in or attempting to check. Reached out to consumer manager for help and was also quickly ghosted after a few conversations. Was happy to go spend more money for much better customer service somewhere else.
