Terrible customer service. Made an appointment and the car and the representative weren't there. No one had a clue what was going on there. Very unprofessional. Ive had 2 jeeps and I don't think I'm making it 3 after my experience there.

Reached out yesterday - received an email. Followed up on the email by calling and was told someone would call me- no word. Today they are blowing my phone up. You lost my business- I didnt matter yesterday- I am not interested in doing business with this dealership. I dont like the way they handle customer service.
