Absolute worse parts dealers I've ever dealt with. Bought an Audi engine, was told had oil pan and timing cover damage, when I got the engine the block was broke. Took 3 weeks to get a replacement and the replacement had a number of issues. They agreed to refund me $600 of the $3000 the engine cost, have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund. When I call they hang up on us, they don't return phone calls when they say they will, they don't respond to emails. Horrible customer service and their parts are JUNK. My lawyer is taking over now and we are going for full engine refund.

Used auto parts... I tried them again today and their 'used parts' cost more than new parts at AutoZone .... I'm not paying 200 for a used part that cost 159 new...
