Long story long, went in for my partial 90k service. Worked with Hans and he was great. Got my battery checked and was good to go. ONE WEEK LATER my battery completely dies. I went to South Bay Infiniti to change the battery since cerritos is moving lots and wasnt taking drop offs. South Bay found other things wrong and recommended that cerritos didn't catch. I go back to cerritos, John says batteries can be good one minute and bad the next, which I've NEVER HEARD OF. Then he and the assistant service manager look under the hood and say that they DO SEE SOMETHING that SHOULD HAVE been brought to my attention at least but WASN'T AT ALL. The inspection WAS NOT THORUGH and I was, in a way, shooed off after coming back to cerritos. John offered to reinspect my car but his ATTITUDE suggested that it would be rushed through AGAIN. Yes, he was nice, but he was also nonchalant and tried to deflect from his team's mishap and focus on what was done right instead of areas of improvement. I definitely don't trust their tech or customer service anymore. Not even a comp for the inconvenience. Definitely will be changing dealerships.

I recently visited Cerritos Infiniti while car shopping for a replacement car. As a Realtor I needed something that I could absolutely depend on and I found a beautiful pre-owned Lexus GX 470 that had been traded in at Cerritos Infiniti that fit the bill. Sang Cho approached me and was the consummate sales professional throughout the entire process. He asked appropriate questions, listened to my concerns, and was never too pushy throughout the entire process. When we sat down to work out the numbers, Sang and his sales manager worked hard to put a deal together. In the end, I was happy with the results and would highly recommend working with Sang if you are in the market for a new Infiniti or any of the other quality pre-owned cars they have on the lot at Cerritos Infiniti.

Not too happy with my experience. The sales guy was very nice and helpful and so was John who helped me with finances. I purchase a certified used Q50 on Tuesday , did all the paperwork, but I left the car at the dealer due to getting the car detailed and then fixing a few things on the car that I requested. They told me that by Wednesday afternoon I would be able to pick my car up. Wednesday came , and I didnt get a follow up in regards my car. So I called personally and none of questions were answered. I called today which is Thursday and I was transferred to service and was told that my car was still being worked on and should be ready by Friday evening. A bit frustrating, I know what I requested to be changed on the car would take time but dont promise a customer something if you arent able to fulfill it.
