Took my car there for a engine light coming on was from out of state they told me it would take to days to tell me why and that was it no help at all

Do not, I repeat, do not bring your vehicle in for repairs to Auto Star Jeep. My friend made an appointment to get an estimate (quote) for a repair to the windshield washer system on her 2013 Wrangler. She did not wish any repairs to be made at that time and was assured by the service personnel the estimate would take no more than 30 minutes. I took the vehicle in for her because she had to work. I checked her Jeep in and explained that she was only interested in getting the cost to replace the windshield washing tube from the reservoir to the nozzle. I waited three hours! without being contacted as to the progress. Three hours later I had to go to the service desk to get an update. It seems that they had effected a repair to the tube by inserting T and tube splices. This is not what my friend wanted and not what she was promised in setting up the appointment. Do NOT trust your vehicle repairs to these people who employ deceptive practices.

I'll tell you what I walked in the dealership yesterday without wanting to buy a car and walked home with a brand new 2021 diesel Wrangler I've been waiting 12 years for this motor to be put in this car. I can't believe the deal that they work with me I can't believe what they gave me for my old Wrangler and trade and these folks are very courteous they're very helpful and they really want to sell you a car and they bend over backwards to make sure you're happy this is about my sixth or 7th vehicle that I've bought from this dealership so I'm very pleased with the steelership and you will be too if you go there

Less than one star. Has had my Charger for 2 days and has done no service on it at all! Tried to tell me nothing is wrong with it; however the check engine light remains on. Can't get anybody to answer the phone, takes a week for a service appointment and then keeps your cars for days with no work done to it. Worst service EVER!!!
