awful service. The only thing good about this place was my salesperson Aaron. He understand my position and at least apologized for their wrong doing. The employees in the car service dept are really bad. They all have attitudes and act like it's a pain to assist you. The management is pretty bad as well. They sold me a car and said that it had no previous accidents. I purchased, while believing them and the carfax report. A month later, when my car started having issues, I got it checked out by another car reporting service. It did indeed have a prior bad accident and now I am having a difficult time reselling it. Worst buying experience of my life. Todd, the sales manager, is an awful representative.

I took my car at their Ed Bozarth Nevada #1 Chevrolet. shop. Absolutely do not recommend using them. My rental was quoted at $80.00 but ended at over $360. They rush the initial sign in and totally rip you off. Horrible customer service and their cars are gutless and are total pieces. Their staff are very rude Will never recommend or use them again.

Buying a car wasn't easy until I went to Ed Bozarth's place and they were very thorough with the way they made sure things were right. I also had a very nice time waiting for my new truck to get cleaned up because they do everything to make sure you're comfortable.
