I was there because of my interest to buy a truck. I got accused of being someone else, put in handcuffs and called a liar. After I proved I was who I said I was, I lost all interest in shopping there.

Bought a car late 11/28. Had to sign and initial blank paperwork because of some undetermined issue. Was contacted by their finance and the new finance company. STILL no completed paperwork. Besides the small slip of paper the salesman had the terms on I have no idea what my trade was or nothing. They assured me it wasn't a problem. I made two dumb mistakes. Looks like the BBB and I need to contact GM. this is insane.

Very organized. and extremely informative. Emailed a reminder prior to the appointment, and called to let me know when to pick up long before the vehicle was ready, and it Was ready when they said. I have never had that happen in the past.

Mr.Hertrich, I know that you read this post so I just wanted to let you know that my experience with your staff both in the Parts Dept. and your Service Dept. at your Chevrolet Dealership in Dover is this if anyone that asks me who would I take my Chevrolet to it would NOT be any of YOUR Dealerships feel free to call me your Service Dept has my phone number ,I would definitely never buy or bring my any of my cars to your dealerships again!
