Purchased a used Kia from Luis and Alfonso just a few days ago. Here are a few frustrations with the overall purchase process and the condition of the vehicle itself: - Luis and I established a good pattern of communication. He asked me to send a copy of my insurance card a few hours before I arrived and sent it back immediately. Hours went by. I arrived to the dealership and was told that because my insurance was on my family's plan, that my name would need to be on the insurance in order for them to hand me the keys to vehicle. Not a huge deal, but Luis could have shot me a text earlier in the day to rectify this before I got to the dealership. - Alfonso was extremely stubborn on the price and wouldn't budge. I took all of the factors into consideration and didn't make a fuss...however, after owning the vehicle over the past two days I've noticed several cosmetic issues with the vehicle that Luis nor Alfonso brought up during the purchase process. - Particularly, the stock number sticker was conveniently placed over a chip in the windshield. Again, not a huge deal since my I have insurance, but I would've appreciated better transparency from the two of them especially since there was no way I would have noticed that since the sticker was covering it. - The back interior lift door panel is completely snapped in half and the rear passenger interior cap is completely missing. One could argue that I should've paid closer attention to detail, but again, it sounds like they were just trying to get the vehicle off the lot. - Luis told me they were going to detail the car...and to be honest, I have no idea what they actually did. They did clean up the engine bay per my request, but I've had to completely scrub down the interior of years worth of dirt and gunk around the steering wheel, buff out several noticeable scratches on the hood, clean up the center console cup holders that were caked with soda from a previous owner, and the obviously unwashed exterior with a simple swipe of the finger against the body. - To make matters more frustrating, Luis was rushing me to sign off the paperwork specifically asking if I was okay with the vehicle...and since I was already gassed driving down to the dealership, having the insurance card issue, and then noticing their lack of attention to detail of the vehicle...perhaps my patience was strained. Long story short, I know buying a used vehicle is always gonna be hit or miss, but I wish Jaguar Ventura would have been more transparent about many of the cosmetic issues. Or alternatively, attempt to rectify things such as refreshing the faded black plastic trim, sanitizing the interior, extracting the dirt out of the front seats, and maybe spending 10 bucks at AutoZone to buff out many of the surface scratches. It just comes off as lazy, but hey, at least I'm not financing through them.
Our pleasure Mr. Changchien. We give our best everyday. Thank you for your loyalty.

This is one of a special dealer that is from the old world. The only word to describe is "gracious". Bless you: Alfonzo, Alex, Shane, Marty, Orlando and the rest of you....
Excellent experience with high customer priority. No need to visit the dealership for purchase and they picked up trade up. Excited to try the pickup and delivery for service with loaner car.
