Do not work with Lebedin Kofman. It will be almost impossible to reach Russ Kofman once you hire him, as he will pass you on to his junior paralegal. It is a bait-and-switch.

Conner McNamara is great he communicates well and does his best. However the other partner John S. was a bad experience. This firm and it's partners take your money and do the minimum. They try the case according to what the prosecutor and DA says. They are not to be trusted and given my experience, using this firm is a waste of money. How can a firm defend someone they haven't spoken to? The attorneys representing my son have never spoken to him they are going by what the police and prosecutors are saying. The attorneys never did their own investigation they only regurgitated what the police wrote. I can't say anything good about this law firm especially since Mr. McNamara left the firm which I learned that McNamara was no longer with the firm through the court clerk the day of court. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I paid for and am receiving from this law firm. I regret not keeping the Legal aid attorney on my son's case which I'm sure I would have gotten better results. It would have been better had I spent the money I wasted on paying this law firm towards bailing my son out.

worst service ever they can only know how to ask for money but will never revert back when you need them. I am trying to dismiss my case its been 6 month after the settlement and they never helped me with any correct or on time information. I am still calling and emailing everyday try to file the stipulation but no response. they even took the money but now I am stuck. please dont fall into good review and go to them. thats what i did at 2013 and now after these years no good results regardless i had to pay settlement money and now they are giving me anxious/anxiety everyday by not resolving this issue.
