The work installing a lite bar and driving lights was well done however, the upper lights were installed with the brackets backward, we will correct this at home with a half hours work - it should have been installed correctly by VIP. The switches are a different matter they are mounted very low and cannot be seen - exactly where I told then I didn't want them located. We agreed upon a compromise location and then the installer installed them exactly where I didn't want them without asking about the change in advance. The unwanted installation now blocks the fuse box - a terrible job and requires the driver to bend down and fumble for the switches - totally unacceptable. This is a far more complicated repair as we will have to tear the dash apart to remove them and relocate to the agreed upon location. I expected a lot more for 5 hours in a customer waiting room with no heat - in early March - coffee or tv only to get a really poor job in the end. It was $450 poorly spent.

Talked to Jeremy, service manager, and he was willing attempt something no other custom shop or Toyota dealership was inclined to do, which is install an OEM hitch and retain the rear hatch kick sensor. They successfully installed the hitch with making the sensor work, Toyota's solution is to simply remove the sensor when hitch is installed

Absolutely horrid customer service from the moment you walk in door. Had a remote start installed. It works so bad, randomly starts on its own.. never stays started once you tap brake. Worst experience ever! Highly recommend you use someone else!!!
