Just purchased my new 2019 2500 and the truck doesn't have the option on it they said it did . The sales manager lied very bad experience at Parks Chevrolet. Yes I still purchased it and the reason why it there not that many 2019 LTZ Z71 off road with a Duramax. Manager Matt D. P.S Thanks for the Bad Experience

Customer service is sadly lacking. When the sales manager can't be bothered to return calls or reply to texts. Obviously he dosen't need repeat business. I used to be impressed with parks and was always my first stop when looking for vehicles.
