One more crook dealership of Maryland. They claim to be big dealer but there customer service standard is lower than one star dealership. I had worst experience of wasting my precious time with them. They charge grossly illegal fee from customers. They lied to me on phone that there will be no hidden except tax, tags and processing fee. I got there with my family after 2 hrs drive and we had cancel purchase because they were charging 2000 extra as fake documentation fee. My wife works in bank. She makes dozens of pay orders like this and there no extra fee for documentation. I myself went to Chrysler dealership in Vienna for buying a vehicle but charged $1000/- @ the top of price of vehicle. It included all the dealership fees. Then howcome they are charging extra 2500 for dealership fees and other fake fees. The owner of Bowei dealership should take notice of his employees conduct. It will no bring business for the company. I will not recommend Chrysler to anyone. I will not rate any of Chrysler dealership in good words. I have bad experience at both dealerships of Chrysler located in Tyson's and Bowei. I had worse one at CHRYSLER OF BOWEI. They are dishonest. No recommendations at all to anyon.....

It took the service department an hour to let my son know he had to purchase a new tire ($320)for a brand new car he just bought from this dealership less than 3 weeks ago. The problem I have is that it took an HOUR to rob my kid.

Making the appointment by phone and getting signed in the day of was a very easy process. James Martin, my service advisor, was very pleasant and kept me abreast along the way. I really felt he had my best interest at heart (which you know is not always the case at car repair shops).

Very unprofessional environment. Service manager is not honest never follows up. Service will try and sell you work that you dont need. This place has been going down hill since I started coming here 2 years ago people are to comfortable and just want to collect a check.I will nevet bring my vehicle to this location again I would rather travel 50 miles to a dealer that will actually take care of me. Avoid at all cost or it will cost you more then need be.
