They need more help in the servicing department. The people that work in it are great but their work load is to much in my opinion, which slows things down. Plus there is no consistency with the workers seems every time I call there, theres a new worker in that department and the company as a whole. In a year and a half theyve had about 5-6 new people in the service department alone. So when I call in about a problem with my vehicle or for a servicing I need done, I have to start from scratch and explain my warranty to the new person which slows things down tremendously which slows me down. 1 or 2 more people working in that department I think would be good for a better flow of getting people in and out, which is good for business
I took my Land Rover to Ritchey Automotive, a Land Rover dealership, because I thought that they would know best how to service the vehicle. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. While rotating the tires, they scraped some of the finish off of one of the 22 black wheels on my Range Rover Sport. In addition, they did not adjust the air pressure after rotating the tires, so as I was driving home, I noticed that I had 44lbs of pressure in the front tires and 37lbs of pressure in the rear tires. I took my car to the dealership because I trusted them to do the best job. They failed in their performance. On a positive note, Ronnie, the Land Rover service advisor was extremely professional. In addition, the gentleman who drives the shuttle (I failed to get his name) was very pleasant and customer friendly.

I am extremely dissatisfied at the service in jackson,ms Jaguar/Land Rover service center. I brought my land rover there on oct 10th and I was told that it would be ready by oct 16. I am an attorney and I was in town for hearings and had to fly out from new orleans on oct 17th. I had to call to get a status on the repair since no one called me by oct 12th. I was told that an ecm had to be ordered and it woud arrive on Saturday, oct 14 and that repairs would be done by MOnday. No call or status on monday so I went by at 3pm to check on vehicle. I was told by Rob that part hadnt come in, it would be in the next day. So now I had to find a way to new orleans to not miss my flight with less than a 24hr notice. I finally get a call from rob on Friday that the vehicle was repaired and that he would deliver it to my parents personally. Great, I paid over the phone and thought it was done. I get a call this morning, Oct 21st from Rob saying that he couldnt deliver the vehicle because of family emergency and I would have to have someone to pick it up. My sister was available after 4pm, service center closed at 2pm so he left the keys with receptionist. My sister gets vehicle and the seat wont adjust and when she drove to parents house the vehicle will not start anymore. I am livid! I also learned that this service center has been outsourcing there work to Tony's Garage, a local mechanic, since the dealership changed owners and the experienced servicemen left. I purchased this truck for my parents as a gift and it has been nothing buy a nightmare.
