This dealership provided the worst experience our family has ever encountered! Ive had better service at a buy here pay here dealership! My son traded in his fairly new, perfect condition Volvo for a bum Land Rover that broke down within days of the purchase. Im 100% convinced they knew it had a major problem. It has a warranty but they have yet to fix it and have strung him along for over 2 months. They claimed that the part was ordered but after 2 months of waiting, they now admit it was never ordered. Theyve tried to talk him into trading it in but inform him the trade in value has gone way down. No one returns calls and several visits have been made in person with no resolution. They have outright lied for months! If youre looking for a new car, I would recommend any place other than Hanania Chevrolet!

I was given a loaner car for the 2nd time that could not accommodate my family size due to having to infants in car seats also after waiting 9 weeks for my wind shield when they had my suv for service the windshield could not be installed because it was broken because nobody checked before they had my suv The customer service and people you interact with are very nice and polite but the inconvenience I constantly encounter is very frustrating

Was really happy with the initial quickness of my repair, considering the circumstances. However, my truck was damaged in the process. After bringing this to their attention, we were told we would hear back from the dealership in regards to how they wanted to handle the situation and we still have yet to hear from anyone.
